In 2024, SEAM Group was acquired by the global leader in electrification and technology - ABB, and starting in 2025, Arek changed his role to lead the transformation and integration of SEAM Group EMEA services and the existing ABB Navigate services in the EMEA market, as well as supporting the development of strategic changes in Advisory services in EMEA.

Arek developed a range of methods and tools, trained many specialists and consultants, and led several improvement programs and projects in Poland and abroad. He worked on educational programs (including the Technical Management Academy) and co-created conferences and industry organizations. In his role as a manager and entrepreneur, Arek Burnos focused primarily on sales, productization, building and optimizing the business model, and methods for rapid business development. He translates his passion in this field into support for OceanBerg clients through advisory and training services, conference presentations, and media statements.

Expert in B2B industrial sales and value-driven presentations. Conducted over 200 public and dedicated training sessions. Developed key assumptions and elements of the proprietary Modern Industrial Sales methodology, which he applied at various stages of the development of his own company and the business units he managed. Specialist in developing inbound sales, that is, real value-based incoming sales.

Entrepreneur, investor, expert in several industrial fields (engineering services, CAPEX projects, technical maintenance, industrial asset management, risk management in industry), long-time manager and lecturer in international MBA programs.

From 2010 to 2019, he developed the international consulting and training company BalticBerg and co-founded another four companies. His company provided services to over 350 firms with a Central Europe  and global reach. In 2019, BalticBerg was acquired by the American company SEAM Group as a complement to its consulting portfolio and presence in the EMEA region. After the acquisition, Arek remained with the company (now global) as an investor and took on the role of Managing Director of the EMEA region. In five years, together with the SEAM Group Team, he expanded the EMEA branch by several hundred percent, while also personally supporting and executing sales activities to industrial clients throughout this period.
